Ingredients: water, carrier: sorbitols, white grape juice (reconstituted from concentrate), colour: caramel, L-ascorbic acid, dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate, dense hawthorn fruit extract, preservative: potassium sorbate, nicotinic acid amide, preservative: sodium benzoate, iron(III) saccharate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin sodium 5-phosphate, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, calcium L-methylfolate.

Properties of some of the ingredients:
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) - contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism and helps the normal functioning of the nervous system and heart.
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) - contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the maintenance of normal red blood cells.
Vitamin B6 - contributes to the maintenance of normal metabolism of homocysteine, protein and glycogen and in the maintenance of normal psychological functions, supports the normal functioning of the nervous system, contributes to the reduction of feelings of fatigue and tiredness and to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Vitamin E - helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin C - helps maintain the normal functioning of the immune system, supports the normal production of collagen for the proper functioning of blood vessels, bones, gums, skin, teeth and cartilage, supports the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Iron - helps to maintain normal cognitive function, production of red blood cells and haemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body and contributes to reducing feelings of fatigue and tiredness, plays a role in cell division.
