What is time of realisation?

• Flowers delivery in Poland
  An order placed and paid is fulfilled on the same day. Throughout Poland time necessary for order’s realisation is only 4 hours. Within this time period delivery is guaranteed! Moreover, the great majority of orders could be fulfilled even within 2 hours!
  Delivery on: Grandma’s Day, Grandpa’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day. We take pains to deliver flowers within the selected lapse of time, however, in view of a great number of orders completed on those days, we are not able to guarantee that in each particular case.

• Flowers delivery abroad
  Poczta Kwiatowa®  sends flowers all over the world. Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours (orders paid for before 4 PM will be delivered the next working day.). In some cases flowers delivery abroad is still possible on the same day.

Do you deliver flowers on Sunday?

Within polish borders we deliver flowers also on Sundays. Such kind of order has to be placed and paid before 01:00 PM on Saturday.
There is no possibility to order flowers delivery on Sunday abroad.
An exception: Israel – we deliver on Sunday, but delivery on Saturday is impossible.

Do you deliver flowers at chosen hour?

We guarantee exactly punctual delivery (e.g. 9 AM) in the case of wedding or funeral. In other cases we guarantee delivery in time periods:

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM,

12:00 PM - 04:00 PM

04:00 PM - 08:00 PM. 
If you’re ordering for other occasion and would like to ask delivery for a specific time, please add this information to your order form using the "Additional information" field on step 2 (Recipient’s data) when placing an order.

Will delivery at chosen hour cost more than standard delivery?

No. In the case of wedding or funeral punctual delivery does not cost extra as long as delivery time is at period 9:00 AM - 08:00 PM.

Is there a possibility to order flowers at 7 AM?

Delivery after 08:00 PM and before 9:00 AM is completed for an additional fee according to the table:
08:00 PM - 10:00 PM + PLN 27,
10:00 PM - 12:00 AM + PLN 48,
12:00 AM - 06:00 AM + PLN 77,
06:00 AM - 09:00 AM + PLN 34.

Till what time I have to place an order for same day delivery?

Delivery in Poland:

• Flowers: make sure you place your order until 5 PM.
• Gift: most of them we deliver within 1 working day, make sure you place your order until 12:00. See the nearest possible date - table below:

Delivery abroad:

• Flowers: make sure you place your order the day before until 4 PM.
• Gift: delivery may take: 2-3, 3-4, 4-5 days (it depends on delivery country).
