 Is it possible to send flowers anonymously?

We do not reveal any personal data to third parties and even to recipients. The data filled in while placing an order might serve only for efficient order’s realization. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act a Customer has every right to preserve anonymity. If you do not give signature on a wishes note card, the recipient will not know who the delivery’s sender is.

What happens if a recipient is not present at the indicated address?

In such a case courier will make an attempt to contact a recipient by phone and set delivery hour which is convenient for a recipient. If contact phone number is not given courier will leave an advice note at the indicated address and deliver flowers after contact from a recipient.
