1. Flowers Delivery in Poland

    1. We deliver flowers from Monday to Sunday (7 days a week).
    2. Delivery in 4 hours. To complete your order, we need only 4 hours, but a considerable number of orders are completed in merely two hours. While placing an order, select the time period (see page 4 below).
    3. The same day delivery. As a matter of standard, an order filed until 05:00 PM (until 01:00 PM on Saturday) is completed within the same day. We also complete on the very same day most of the orders placed and paid for on a working day after 05:00 PM (on Saturday - after 01:00 PM), but this requires prior contacting by phone on 22 828 95 95

    4. Flowers are always delivered within the delivery time selected by the customer for an additional fee according to the table: If the delivery time is not selected, flowers are delivered within the whole day:

    5. Delivery between 12:00 AM and 09:00 AM. Delivery between 12:00 AM and 09:00 AM. Place and pay for your order by 05:00 PM on a working day preceding the day of the order completion, on Saturday by 13:00. An order to be completed on Monday before 09:00 AM is to be placed and paid for on Saturday by 01:00 PM.

    6. Delivery at the weekend. We deliver flowers also on Saturday and Sunday. Place an order and pay for it at the latest on Saturday by 01:00 PM. After 01:00 PM check the option of completing the order by phone on 22 828 95 95 or on [email protected].
    7. The completion of orders for wreaths, funeral bouquets or large compositions (e.g. a basket of 100 roses). In order to ensure delivery during the morning hours (until 12:00 PM), place your order and pay for it at the latest by 05:00 PM on the previous working day, and by 01:00 PM on Saturday. In other cases check an option for delivery by phone 22 828 95 95 or on [email protected].
    8. We guarantee exactly punctual delivery (e.g. 09:00 AM) in the case of wedding or funeral.
    9. Delivery for a wedding. We deliver flowers for a wedding in the following way:
      • before the wedding ceremony to the Bride’s or Bridegroom’s home ,
      • to the church – flowers given to the newly Married Couple during the congratulation ceremony,
      • to the wedding reception home – flowers given personally to the newly Married Couple or to the music band, that announces the flowers delivery, or to a waiter/reception service people.
    10. Delivery for a funeral. We deliver flowers for a funeral in the following way:
      • to the home of the deceased person’s family,
      • to the church before the funeral ceremony – placing flowers at the coffin,
      • to the funeral home or chapel – placing flowers at the coffin or handing them to the service people.
    11. Delivery on New Year’s Day, Three Kings’ Day, Easter, The First of May, The Third of May, The Day Corpus Christi, The 15th of August, The 1st and The 11th of November, The 25th and 26th of December. In some cases the orders for those days are delivered one working day before or one working day after the indicated date, in view of the working time of the florist’s shop.
    12. In the case of deliveries to hospitals, hotels, embassies and other institutions of hindered access to the recipient as well as in the case of deliveries for weddings and funerals, we require providing us with the recipient’s phone number. If there is no possibility to deliver flowers directly to the recipient and there is no contact with the recipient, the parcel will be left at the reception desk or the porter’s lodge to be handed in to the recipient by the institution’s service workers. In such cases, however, we are not able to guarantee confirmation signed by the recipient.
    13. We do not share with the recipient any information about the sender of the flowers. If you want recipient to know from whom the flowers are, put your signature on the little card provided.
    14. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the order completion, give the contact phone number to the recipient.
    15. Contact with the recipient. While completing the order, in case of need, the florist’s shop can get in touch with the recipient in order to confirm the address and the time of delivery. In the case of such contact, the recipient is not informed about the character of the dispatch, thus preserving the form of surprise.
    16. The recipient is asked to confirm his/her receipt of the parcel with signature.
    17. The recipient has a right to refuse to accept the parcel, which he/she states on the delivery confirmation form. We consider such an order executed.
    18. Poczta Kwiatowa does not bear responsibility for a delay or lack of delivery of the parcel arising from the following situations:
      • absence of the recipient at the indicated address,
      • providing mistaken address data,
      • random event.
    19. Delivery to the private or company’s address. If the recipient is absent, the parcel is left with the household or at the reception. If the customer requests delivery to the recipient’s own hands, this has to be indicated in the “additional instruction” box provided. If there is no possibility to leave the parcel with the household or at the reception, we leave the notice informing about the delivery as well as the request for the recipient to contact the florist’s by phone. When the recipient contacts the florist’s shop, we arrange for another delivery at a time convenient for the recipient. In case of no contact by the recipient within three days, we consider the order completed.
If the recipient is not available for the courier at the address indicated
    , we leave a delivery notice either at the door or in the mailbox. Subsequently, Poczta Kwiatowa® gets in touch with the sender in order to arrange for another delivery at the time convenient for the recipient. The recipient ought to get in touch with the florist’s within three days. In case of no possibility to contact the sender nor recipient’s contact with the florist’s within three days, the order is considered completed.

2. Delivery of Flowers with a Gift in Poland

  1. Flowers with gifts are delivered from Monday to Sunday (7 days a week).
  2. We carry out the dispatch of gifts in cooperation with a courier company.
  3. Poczta Kwiatowa® includes in its gift delivery offer the dates of the order completion within 24h, 48h and 72h. This information is to be found at each product.

  4. We deliver flowers with a gift between 9:00 and 20:00, keeping the nearest date of the gifts delivery (table above). If You want to select the time bracket for the delivery of flowers with a gift, the date of order completion is extended by one day. The possible time brackets are the following:

  5. Delivery at the weekend. We deliver flowers with a gift at the weekend in keeping with the table below (it concerns only working days). When to file a flowers order with a gift at the latest:

  6. We guarantee the exact delivery hour (e.g. 09:00) in the case of a wedding dispatch, however, the completion requires an extra working day in accordance with the table in par. 4.
  7. Delivery for a wedding. We deliver flowers with a gift in the following way:
    • before the wedding to the Bride’s or Bridegroom’s home,
    • to the church – delivered to the Young Couple at the congratulations time,
    • to the wedding house delivered personally to the Young Couple or to the music band, which announces flowers delivery, or to the waiter/reception service people.
  8. Delivery on New Year’s Day, Three Kings’ Day, Easter, The First of May, The Third of May, The Day Corpus Christi, The 15th of August, The 1st and The 11th of November, The 25th and 26th of December. In some cases orders to be completed on those dates can be completed a day before or a day after the indicated date in view of the working time of the florist’s shop.
  9. Delivery at Christmas. We encourage to place orders a few days in advance. At that time the courier company processes a large number of orders – for that reason gifts to be completed on the 24th of December, exceptionally, can be delivered prior to the 24th of December, however, if that is not possible, we will deliver them on the first working day after the 26th of December.
  10. In the case of deliveries to hospitals, hotels, embassies and other institutions of hindered access to the recipient as well as in the case of deliveries for weddings, we require providing us with the recipient’s phone number. If there is no possibility to deliver flowers to the recipient’s own hands and there is no contact with the recipient, the parcel will be left at the reception or the porter’s lodge to be handed in to the recipient by the institution’s service workers. Subsequently, Poczta Kwiatowa gets in touch with the sender in order to arrange for another delivery. The recipient ought to get in touch with the florist’s shop within three days. In case of no possibility to contact the sender nor recipient’s contact with the florist’s within three days, the order is considered completed.

Delivery of flowers with a gift in Warsaw

  1.  Same day delivery or delivery at the weekend. In Warsaw we can deliver some of the gifts on the same day. Check on [email protected] the possibility to process an order or contact us by phone 22 828 95 95.

3. Gifts delivery in Poland

    1. We deliver gifts from Monday to Friday (5 days a week) only on working days, between 9:00 AM - 06:00 PM. Deliveries to companies are processed till 04:00 PM.

    The above conditions refer only to working days. Every holiday makes the time of order completion longer.
  1. In gifts delivery we cooperate with a courier company. Gifts are delivered from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, in accordance with the rules of courier companies work. That is why we have no possibility to deliver a gift within specific time period. There is such a possibility while ordering a gift with flowers.
  2. We guarantee a triple attempt at delivery. If the recipient is not available at the address indicated, the courier will leave the notice requesting the recipient to contact and arrange for a convenient delivery time. If it is impossible to leave the notice, then the courier makes another attempt to deliver the parcel the following working day. If at the second delivery attempt the recipient is again unavailable and there is no possibility to leave the notice, then, the next working day, the third attempt at delivery follows up. If the three consecutive attempts at delivery are not effective, the recipient is not available for the courier and the phone contact is not possible, then the parcel is sent back to Poczta Kwiatowa®.
  3. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the order completion, give the recipient’s phone number and the correct zip code.
  4. If three consecutive attempts at delivery were ineffective due to the recipient’s absence from the address indicated and the gift was sent back to Poczta Kwiatowa®, the customer is obliged to indicate a new delivery address within 7 days from the date of receiving the information from Poczta Kwiatowa®. Another dispatch is possible after the payment of PLN 40. The gift is sent within 72 h. If there is no customer’s contact within 7 days, the order is regarded as completed.
  5. Delivery to institutions of hindered access to the recipient. Recipient’s phone number is required. If there is no possibility to deliver the parcel to the recipient’s own hands and there is no contact with the recipient, we leave the parcel at the reception or the porter’s lodge to be handed in to the recipient by the institution’s service workers.
  6. We do not share any information about the sender of the flowers with the recipient. If you want the recipient to know from whom the flowers are, put your signature on the little card provided.
  7. We request the recipient of the parcel to sign delivery confirmation. The parcel is to be opened in the courier’s presence. If any mechanical damage is found (breaking, chipping, cracking etc.) we ask to draw up an appropriate report and to send it to Poczta Kwiatowa®: email: [email protected], fax: 22 828 95 96. The parcel with such damage remains with the recipient until the completion of the complaint procedure, about which the customer is notified by Poczta Kwiatowa®.
  8. The customer has a right to refuse to accept the parcel, which he states on the delivery confirmation form. Such an order is considered completed.
  9. Poczta Kwiatowa® does not bear responsibility for a delay or lack of delivery of the parcel arising from the following situations:
    • absence of the recipient at the indicated address,
    • providing mistaken address data,
    • random event.

Gifts Delivery in Warsaw

  1. Delivery still on the same day or at the weekend. In Warsaw, we are able to deliver some of the gifts within the same day. Check the possibility to process an order on [email protected] or phone 22 828 95 95.

4. Flowers delivery abroad

  1. Flowers are delivered from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).
  2. As a matter of standard, an order is to be placed one day (1 working day) in advance by 04:00 PM.
  3. Delivery time conditions:
    Monday – Friday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM.
          Within time brackets:
          09:00 AM – 12:00 PM (before noon)
          12:00 PM – 06:00 PM (after noon)
    Saturday: 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    Sunday: orders not processed

    Israel - Flowers are delivered on Sunday but not delivered on Saturday.
    A funeral on Sunday - it is necessary to contact the Customer Service Office (phone: 22 828 95 95 or [email protected]) two days in advance.
  4. Same day delivery. Flowers delivery abroad is still possible on the same day, if You place an order and pay for it in accordance with the table of hours below: (hours according to the Polish time zone):

  5. An order processed on Saturday is to be placed and paid for at the latest on Friday until 04:00 PM. Exceptions to this rule are the states mentioned in the table above.
  6. The exact hour of delivery (e.g. 09:00) is guaranteed in the case of delivery for a wedding or funeral ceremony (a wedding at the registry or church; a funeral at the church or chapel). We do not guarantee the exact hour of delivery for a wedding reception. In some countries, it is a matter of custom to deliver funeral flower bouquets and wreaths exclusively to funeral homes, churches or cemeteries. Flowers can be handed in to the ceremony service workers.
  7. In some cases of deliveries for a wedding or funeral, we have no possibility to get signed delivery confirmation.
  8. Delivery on Sundays, public and religious holidays. Orders to be completed on the holiday days will be processed on a working day before the holiday or on a working day after the holiday in view of the florist’s working time.
  9. The content of the little card in the Polish language is handed in without Polish diacritic signs. We do not translate the content of the little card.
  10. Each country ensures delivery of the products from the up-to-date offer of this country.
  11. The customer can additionally choose: alcoholic beverages, sweet confectionary, mascots or other products, which are available in the offer of a given country. If the offer does not include such additions, you are asked to send  the exact delivery address, the completion date and the product description to the address [email protected]. Pricing may take up to three working days.
  12. When the recipient is not available for the courier at the address indicated, we leave a delivery notice. If the recipient contacts the florist’s – then details of another delivery are arranged. In some countries (np. e.g. in the USA) in the case of the recipient’s absence, customarily, the flowers are left either at the recipient’s door or with his/her neighbors.

5. Gifts delivery abroad

  1. The Chocolate message is delivered without flowers within 4-10 days by the Polish Post Office – that is why we cannot guarantee the exact delivery day.
  2. It is possible to deliver abroad such products as alcoholic beverages, sweet confectionary, mascots or other products available along with flowers in a given country’s offer indicated on the website after adding flowers to the basket. If the offer does not include such additions, you are asked to send the exact delivery address, the completion date and the product description to the address [email protected] . Pricing may take up to three working days.
  3. Gifts delivery abroad is performed by a courier company. The time of dispatch is within time brackets: 2-3, 3-4, 4-5 days (depending on the delivery country).
