How does small/medium/big bouquet look like?

Small bouquet: 5 - 7 flowers;
Medium bouquet: 9 - 12 flowers;
Big bouquet: 15 - 19 flowers.

This scheme is a customary manner our florists base on, however the amount of flowers in bouquets can differ.

How does short/medium/long bouquet of roses look like?

Short roses - length 40-50 cm;
Medium roses - length 60-70 cm;
Long roses - length 80-90 cm.

The art of floristry requires arranging and trimming particular flowers which is why for example flowers in the basket will be trimmed for acquiring proper compositional form.

Are delivered flowers exactly as they seem in the picture?

Your order is delivered by Poczta Kwiatowa® partnership florist in accordance with binding principles of work in the Internet and a bouquet is created by a local florist in the upmost standard assured by our company. Please bear in mind that flowers are special product. Considering seasonality of some flower sorts as well as regarding the fact that every professional florist has got his/her own individual style of flower compositions arrangement, the delivered bouquets might differ minimally from their models. For our partners flower arrangement is an art, those people possess extraordinary aesthetical sense: the possible changes would never be implemented in an unfavorable way for the overall composition impression. In case the ordered flowers are unavailable regarding their seasonality we will contact our customer and suggest new composition.

Could I attach text message to ordered flowers?

Yes, every order has a possibility to add text message. Limit is 250 characters.

Where can I type text of my wishes?
After choosing a note card I cannot see field to type wishes.

In the second step of placing an order (recipient’s data) there is a field note card text. In this place you are able to type text message for a recipient and/or sign from whom the delivery is.

Why can't I order a gift for Saturday or Sunday?

Gifts are delivered from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 06:00 PM. If you would like to order gift delivery at weekend, you have to order also flowers. We will deliver your gift+flowers set at weekend under condition the order will be paid until Thursday's noon. Delivery of flowers with a gift in Poland.
